Win-win

Ken Wilber, the most important philosopher of the 20th century said, “There is a failure to communicate. Each value system (culture) speaks differently. Some cultures speak of the language of “me”; some speak the language of “us”; some speak the language of “all of us.”….”

In Chan, we dedicate ourselves to be one with everyone else. No different than what Ken showed to us, the best way for all of us to be one, is to begin by speaking the language of the other groups. To be more precise, is to manage relationship to be a win-win one.

Or perhaps, I should add, some visibly win and some invisibly win. 🙂
